  In order to further strengthen the main responsibility of the company, and strive to build a learning, knowledge, and leadership management team with strong technology and refined business, on January 21, the party committee of Qinhe company formulated and issued the Learning Implementation Plan.
  At 7 o'clock in the evening on January 26, Qinhe Company organized middle and high-level management personnel to conduct intensive learning based on the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and Chairman Zheng Peng's speech at Pengfei Qin and 2021 Work Mobilization Meeting. Chairman Zhang Gaoping, Secretary of the Party Committee Hao Gaofeng, and all vice presidents and department managers participated.
